MOST OF OUR PRODUCTS are on our convenient automated tracking number system. 
When the item ships the tracking number is sent to your email address.


WE ONLY SHIP GROUND TO THE LOWER 48 STATES
 But don't worry...Be happy! We try to ship within 2-3 business days 
so you usually receive your order with 7 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt.   We have two business days to make a shipping company damage claim, so do not wrap that gift until you inspect. Do not call FedEx or UPS - we handle the claims. If you do not notify us about any damage within two days, the shipping company considers the items delivered "as is" and there will a charge for any repairs to the item. No refunds on neon items.

To view shipping costs for most products, use "Add to Cart" button and put in the shipping address with zip code. We optimize shipping costs for your entire order. If the items can be combined in one box,  the lower the shipping cost will be for each product.  Large neon posters, neon signs, and furniture, etc., ships individually in large boxes.   Note: You will only be charged sales tax in Illinois.
